Order your medications. If you take prescription medication make sure you have enough to last for the entire trip. It’s also a good idea to bring extra in case your trip is delayed.
Be sure to:
- Carry your prescriptions labeled.
- Bring a letter from your doctor confirming that you’ve been prescribed the medication.
- Take any records with you if needed.
- Over-the-counter medicines, such as antihistamines and antacids
- First aid supplies, such as bandages and antiseptic
- Insect repellent
- Sunscreen, as well as aloe gel in case of sunburn
- Alcohol-based hand sanitizer
