Depending on where you're going, be sure to:

Order your medications. If you take prescription medication make sure you have enough to last for the entire trip. It’s also a good idea to bring extra in case your trip is delayed.

Be sure to:
  • Carry your prescriptions labeled.
  • Bring a letter from your doctor confirming that you’ve been prescribed the medication.
  • Take any records with you if needed.
In addition to medication, pack:
  • Over-the-counter medicines, such as antihistamines and antacids
  • First aid supplies, such as bandages and antiseptic
Depending on where you go don't forget:
  • Insect repellent
  • Sunscreen, as well as aloe gel in case of sunburn
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer
You can fit all of this and more in the Personal Medical Organizer Tote Bag.
